Adnominal
Adnominal means verbs embellishing a noun. For example, "crying child", "truth I know", "dancing figure", "embedded diamonds", "plan he made".
In order to mention like these expressions, "ㄴ" or "는" is attached taking place of excepting tail of a verb.
However, attached character turns. That depends on existense of patchim and which expressions past, present or future.

In case of past form
1)Without patchim "다" is removed from "보다" and "ㄴ" is attached.
2)With patchim "다" is removed from "먹다" and "은" is attached.
In case of present form
Existence of patchim doesn't matter. "는" is always attached.
In case of future form
1)Without patchim "ㄹ" is attached.
2)With patchim "을" is attached.
However, there is one problem. Please see next sample sentence.
Saying "There is no time to chat today.", how can we say in korean?
1)오늘은 채팅 할 시간이 없어요
2)오늘은 채팅 하는 시간이 없어요
These 2 sentences can read "Theres is no time to chat today.". But 1) is collect.
Following indicates the reason.
・Past form is used against custom, generalities and behavior performed now.
・Future form is used against behavior which is performed from now.

The day passed together was pleasant.
헤어진 장소는 여기였다
The parted place was here.
이것은 내가 쓴 문자입니다

Example of present
잘 자는 아이는 성장하다
Children who sleep well grow up.
영어를 할 수 있는 사람은 유리하다
A person who can speak English is advantageous.
비가 내리는 날은 외출하지 않습니다
The day when rain falls, I would not go outside.
저기에 앉아 있는 여성은 누구입니까?
Who is that girl sitting overthere?
영화를 보는 취미입니다
My hobby is watching movies.

누군가 함께 갈 사람은 있습니까?
Is there anybody who goes with me?
이제(벌써) 일어날 시간이야
It's time to get up.
합격할 학생은 적을지도 모르다
There may be few students who pass.
금메달을 취할 선수는 누구겠지요?
Whom is a player who wins a gold medal?
청소할 날은 언제입니까?
When is the day to clean?
